Specifically, the Marketing Operations Executive will:

Branding Activities:

  • Execute brand awareness campaigns aligned with Microsoft CSP positioning across digital platforms.
  • Create, manage, and publish content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media channels (LinkedIn primarily).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints in line with corporate and Microsoft co-marketing guidelines.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives around Microsoft Fabric, SAP on Azure, and Data & AI through content execution (blogs, banners, social posts, case studies).
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors to deliver branding assets on time.
  • Manage website updates, including banners, solution pages, and Intranet.
  • Track and report branding KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, impressions, and reach.
  • Create proactive branding campaigns for YouTube promotion
  • Work with Microsoft Content to develop internal infographics, articles, used cases.

Lead Generation Activities:

  • Execute demand generation campaigns for Microsoft Fabric, SAP, and Data & AI offerings across paid, organic, and email channels.
  • Build and manage campaign assets including landing pages, email workflows, forms, and CTAs using marketing automation tools.
  • Support webinar, event, and campaign promotions by executing digital outreach plans.
  • Manage lead capture, tagging, and routing in coordination with CRM and sales teams.
  • Monitor lead status and followup to ensure leads are added to the CRM
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and Manager feedback.
  • Create hyper-targetted email campaigns for specific customer segments
  • Improve the quality of direct traffic via improved SEO & keyword ranking

Funding Support:

  • Support Microsoft co-sell and partner-led campaigns by executing approved upselling marketing plans.
  • Co-sell & Partner Center lead addition
  • Manage endtoend Microsoft funding and incentive claims (Azure Accelerate, Fabric, Assessments,ACO, ECIF, AFO, CPOR)
  • Execute marketing campaigns for CPOR
  • Execute marketing campaigns and upselling for other fundings
  • Co-op fund management
  • Work as a back up for customer funding claim requirement identification, & claim creation
  • Manage Microsoft marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B IT services, cloud, or technology domains.
  • Strong execution experience across channels: email marketing, social media, websites, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem offerings (Azure, Fabric, Data & AI, SAP on Azure preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, YouTube campaigns, and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
