Job Title: Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing
Job Summary
This role bridges marketing strategy, sales priorities, and technical execution, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivered with quality and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert marketing strategies into sprint plans, task lists, and timelines with clear ownership and success metrics
- Coordinate across SEO, Content, Social, Design, and Web teams; manage dependencies and run stand-ups
- Review deliverables (SEO pages, blogs, creatives, landing pages) for quality, brand alignment, and conversion focus
- Track performance metrics (tasks, timelines, output) and support traffic, leads, and conversion tracking
- Assist in executing email campaigns, webinars, social campaigns, and landing pages
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 –10 years in Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, content, social media, and website workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional teams/projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana), analytics tools, and CMS platforms
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
