Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers supporting the CMT industry and guide them in adopting the latest design trends and principles.
• Conceptualize and visualize creative designs for digital and print media, including branding materials for client visits and RFPs.
• Create and enhance templates for client presentations, leadership meetings, and RFP submissions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand visual design needs and deliver accordingly.
• Develop, maintain, and organize a design library for team usage, ensuring alignment with corporate visual guidelines.
• Work on email marketing materials, business presentations, and interactive assets for events and client visits.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while adhering to defined timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine design elements based on brand and style guidelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in visual design tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Apply strong design aesthetics to convey content visually and creatively.
• Design assets across multiple formats, including presentations, brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Use MS PowerPoint, MS Word templates, and graphic editing tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator for high-quality visual outputs.
• Apply video editing skills where required; experience with video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Create marketing materials that align with branding and communication goals.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into visual deliverables.
• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency within the design team.
• Leverage UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD; certifications in these tools are an added advantage.
