Job Description
- Develop and execute annual category marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
- Translate customer insights and value propositions into effective market activation strategies.
- Drive GTM rollout across channels through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead packaging development and refresh projects, ensuring legal and technical compliance.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and brand-building initiatives to support product launches.
- Monitor marketing budgets, track campaign effectiveness, and optimize ROI.
- Develop marketing collaterals by collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and share key insights with stakeholders.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including content development, website engagement, and media campaigns.
- Define and monitor campaign KPIs to improve customer reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Pilot and scale innovative media platforms and activation programs based on performance and business impact.
