Job Description

What you'll do
  • Develop and manage SportVot's social media and content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, sporting events, product launches, and business goals.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including short-form videos, match-day posts, graphics, stories, interviews, and articles.
  • Capture the energy of live sports and turn it into timely, platform-native content.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, athletes, teams, leagues, and creators on content production.
  • Write clear, engaging copy that reflects SportVot's voice and speaks to sports fans and partners.
  • Manage community interactions and help build an active, welcoming audience.
  • Track performance, share insights, and use data to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support campaigns that promote SportVot's platform, streaming services, partners, and sporting events.
  • Stay up to date with social media formats, sports culture, and content trends.
  • Manage Social media handles across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram
  • Do innovative creator campaigns and partnerships to grow reach
What we're looking for
  • Experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • A good understanding of major social platforms and what works on each.
  • Experience planning and publishing content using social media tools.
  • Comfort working with basic design and video-editing tools; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus.
  • Strong liking for sports, specially cricket, kabaddi, football, padel
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to learn from content performance.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in sports and sports culture.
  • Willingness to work around match schedules and occasional events, when needed.
Good to have
  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or a fast-growing consumer brand.
  • Experience creating reels, shorts, or other short-form video.
  • Familiarity with live-streaming, sports communities, or creator partnerships.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns.
