Job Description
Assistant Manager - Marketing
The Assistant Manager - Marketing role is divided into two parts: Core Marketing Work and Marketing
Operational Work. The role combines content and campaign execution with technology, data, coordination,
approvals, reporting and continuous process improvement.
Part 1: Core Marketing Work
1. Content and Brand Communication
Plan and compile Wealth Compass, Weekly Wealth Nuggets, website blogs and educational content
for clients and prospects.
Coordinate social media posts, captions, and WhatsApp messages.
Manage Canva-based creatives, publishing schedules, platform-wise posting and final approvals.
2. Reel Shooting and Segmented Boosting
Plan reel topics and prepare scripts; after scripting, coordinate compliance approval from Certitude,
the compliance agency, before reel shooting.
Coordinate speakers, shoot schedules and setup, followed by raw footage, editing, captions, final
approvals and publishing across the selected platforms.
Boost reels through separate audience segments such as existing clients, prospects and event leads,
based on the campaign objective.
Coordinate the boosting budget and track reach, engagement, clicks and leads so that follow-up-
ready lead lists can be shared with the team.
3. Campaigns, Surveys and Lead Generation
Design and set up the 7-question Reality Check Survey for Road to Rs. 100 Crore and different
surveys for new events or campaigns.
Finalise survey questions, response flow, form or landing-page setup and user journey with the
relevant team.
Test the survey before launch and ensure that responses are captured correctly.
Manage survey-generated lead data, cleaning and qualification, and distribute leads to the relevant
Growth Managers or teams for timely follow-up and campaign tracking.
4. Events, Webinars and Client Engagement
Support topic and speaker finalisation, Zoom setup, invitations, reminders, participant
communication and recording uploads for webinars.
Prepare event creatives, standees, registration forms, client messages, testimonials and other
required communication material.
Coordinate vendors, technical requirements, on-ground execution, participant data, feedback and
post-event follow-up reports.
Conceptualise and design the Manifestation Diary and calendar, and coordinate their content,
approvals, printing and distribution; also support client gifting, Naik Premier League and other
engagement projects.
Part 2: Marketing Operational Work
5. Technology and Automation Coordination
Act as the coordination bridge between marketing, internal technology teams and external vendors.
Translate marketing requirements into clear workflows for Zoho or CRM sheets, forms, integrations,
dashboards and campaign systems.
Coordinate WhatsApp and email automation, link journeys, data flow and other technical project
requirements.
Conduct user testing, identify issues, follow up on fixes and support timely rollout of each system or
campaign.
6. Data, Dashboards and Reporting
Maintain campaign trackers, lead sheets, allocation records, due dates, response data and project
status.
Support data cleaning, duplicate checks, dashboard updates and live performance monitoring.
Check data accuracy before information is shared with management, Growth Managers or other
teams.
Prepare concise project updates, completion summaries, performance reports and actionable
observations.
7. Digital Engagement Systems
Manage Fame TV operations, including content coordination, scheduling, publishing and execution
tracking.
Coordinate the Friday Wealth Quiz, participant tracking and live leaderboard; verify the user journey,
attempt controls, timestamps and scores.
Use feedback and performance data to improve future quizzes, surveys and campaigns.
8. Brand Governance, Compliance and Approvals
Maintain brand consistency across content, creatives, presentations, videos and campaign
communication.
Coordinate approval from the Marketing Head and other relevant stakeholders before publishing or
distribution.
Check credible sources, required registration details, ARN display, disclaimers and suitable marketing
language.
9. Team Support and Process Improvement
Resolve daily marketing or system blockers and escalate decisions requiring senior approval.
Document workflows, coordinate timelines and follow up with owners for timely completion.
Identify practical improvements that increase team efficiency and strengthen the client experience.
Working Approach
Plan the objective and audience segment, create or shoot the required content, secure approvals, publish or
boost, monitor results, hand over leads, report outcomes and improve the next campaign.
