Contract: Permanent, full-time

Location: Chennai, India

Salary: 900k to 1.1m INR per annum

About the role

The Marketing Manager, Centrally Co-ordinated Markets (CCM) is responsible for leading the delivery of marketing strategy and activity across a number of regions (primarily the Americas, Middle East, Africa and Australasia) to drive growth of Trinity College London's assessment business.

Working in partnership with the Centrally Coordinated Markets (CCM) Business Development team and regional stakeholders, the role will develop and execute category and product marketing plans for the CCM portfolio markets. This includes leading regional campaigns, product launches, and the development of locally relevant marketing strategies and assets aligned to global priorities.

The role is accountable for strengthening Trinity College London's brand presence across CCM markets, enabling commercial success through effective marketing activity, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact across the customer lifecycle. The postholder will use market insight and performance data to optimise activity, inform planning, and support continuous improvement

  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement across subject categories within the CCM markets, using a mix of appropriate channels and tactics
  • Own the localisation and development of marketing assets, sales toolkits and content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and relevance for target audiences
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and customer journeys (online and offline), optimising channel performance to achieve commercial objectives
  • Oversee content strategy and delivery for the region, including digital content, campaigns and communications aligned to product positioning and audience needs
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance against KPIs, using insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning
  • Act as the voice of the CCM markets, using customer, partner and market insight to shape marketing plans and influence wider strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product and Academic teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
  • Lead or contribute to regional and global marketing initiatives, including events, lead generation and nurture programmes, ensuring effective execution in-market
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets for the region, ensuring effective allocation of spend and return on investment

About you

  • Preferably educated to Degree level or with other relevant professional qualifications
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C international organisation
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing plans and integrated campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, content, email, social and events
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce), to maximise lead generation, nurturing and pipeline growth.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience working with stakeholders across functions and markets, with the ability to influence and align activity
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience of performance marketing and paid digital channels (e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
