We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and manage both virtual and in-person B2B events. This role is key to driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting overall business growth through strategic event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute B2B events such as webinars, high tea events, roundtable discussions, and industry meetups
- Coordinate end-to-end event management (venue, vendors, logistics, invites, follow-ups)
- Manage event calendars aligned with business unit goals (DWP & Cloud/CIS)
Campaign & Promotion
- Work with digital marketing team to promote events via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and paid ads
- Create event communication plans (invites, reminders, post-event follow-ups)
- Ensure strong registration and attendance rates
Lead Generation & Engagement
- Drive lead generation through events
- Ensure proper attendee targeting (new vs existing customers)
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-up and conversions
Content & Coordination
- Work with internal teams to finalize:
- Event topics
- Speaker coordination
- Presentation content
- Align with business units to ensure relevance and value
Post-Event Analysis
- Track and report:
- Registrations vs attendance
- Leads generated
- Engagement metrics
- Share insights and recommendations for improvement
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing
- Experience in webinars, corporate events, or tech events
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / B2B environment
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or event platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
