Role Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs, business goals, and marketing objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, and tech) to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Present ideas, strategies, and reports to clients with clarity and confidence
- Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations efficiently
- Maintain documentation of all client communication and project updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in a digital or advertising agency)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, performance marketing, branding, content)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools
