Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content strategy, branding, lead generation, paid advertising, and campaign execution.
This role requires a 360-degree marketing professional who can manage the brand's online presence, drive student inquiries, create engaging marketing campaigns, and coordinate across multiple marketing channels to support business growth.
Work Arrangement:
● Full-time role
● Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
● Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home
● Candidate must have their own laptop
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollments
Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication
Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and audience segments
2. Social Media Management & Content Marketing
Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Create and oversee engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos, and promotional creatives
Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for timely execution
Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to improve brand reach and interaction
3. Website Management & SEO
Manage, update, and optimize the company website on WordPress
Create landing pages and website content for campaigns and lead generation
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings
Conduct keyword research related to aviation training, pilot training, and cabin crew programs
Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness
4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI
Manage budgets, targeting strategies, ad creatives, and performance tracking
Develop lead generation campaigns for admissions, training programs, and recruitment services
Work closely with admissions and sales teams to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness
5. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console
Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Track KPIs including leads, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
Requirements:
● 5–6 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
● Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, and content strategy
● Hands-on experience with SEO, WordPress website management, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
● Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
● Ability to manage multiple marketing channels and campaigns independently
● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools
● Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in education, training, or aviation-related marketing
● Knowledge of video content strategy, influencer collaborations, and campaign planning
● Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
