Key Responsibilities:
Develop Services and Solutions Marketing Strategy
- Craft comprehensive marketing plans for IT solutions & services aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform positioning and messaging strategies.
Define and Execute GTM campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and tech leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM initiatives.
Develop Market Readiness Kits
- Create marketing assets such as pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and FAQs.
- Ensure cross-functional teams are equipped with messaging, positioning, and sales assets ahead of customer engagements.
Enable Demand Generation
- Partner with corporate marketing and inside sales teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion and ROI.
Elevate Our Competitive Position Among Stakeholders
- Develop competitive intelligence assets and differentiation strategies.
- Position the company as a thought leader through content, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
Drive Marketing Operations Excellence
- Implement metrics-driven marketing processes for performance tracking & optimization.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on campaign performance and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A degree from a premium institute is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Tech Services Marketing preferably in the IT Infra domain
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams including sales, product, and senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and lead generation tactics.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
