Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

This is a mid-senior level role requiring both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. The candidate will work cross-functionally with brand, performance marketing, PR, and content teams to deliver high-impact influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across social platforms
  • Develop content themes, campaign calendars, and collaboration models aligned with business goals

Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns:
  • Outreach and negotiations
  • Brief creation and content approvals
  • Contract management
  • Performance tracking
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance in influencer content
  • Experiment with multiple campaign formats (long-form videos, reels, testimonials, live sessions, collaborations)

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, micro-creators, and agencies
  • Act as the primary liaison between creators and internal stakeholders
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and optimize ROI

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track KPIs:
  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Sentiment
  • Lead contribution
  • Conversions
  • Use analytics tools to measure impact and generate insights
  • Continuously optimize influencer mix and content formats based on performance data

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Mentor junior team members in influencer outreach and execution
  • Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, content, and PR teams for integrated campaigns
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • 35 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in consumer-facing or EdTech brands preferred
  • Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling campaign budgets and ROI optimization

  • Analytical mindset with comfort in campaign metrics and performance tools
