This role is for someone who can build and run ARL's marketing engine across brands AgResearch Labs, Growize Farms, and Greenlyfe and help translate vision into traction.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Growth & Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Build and execute the overall marketing strategy across ARL brands.
  • Translate business goals into campaigns, funnels, and measurable growth initiatives.
  • Drive demand generation for Growize farm ownership, partnerships, and brand visibility.
  • Build structured content pipelines across website, LinkedIn, email, and digital channels.
  • Lead ARL's storytelling, founder-led content, and thought leadership efforts.
  • Design and manage inbound lead generation funnels.
  • Work closely with external partners across SEO, performance marketing, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with the in-house design and video teams to ensure quality, consistency, and speed of execution.
  • Track reach, engagement, lead quality, conversion, and campaign performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Continuously optimise marketing efforts based on data, insights, and business priorities.

This is a hands-on strategy + execution role. You won't just guide agencies you will build the engine with them.

Whom We're Looking For

  • 48 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of content, SEO, performance marketing, digital funnels, and campaign execution.
  • Located in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
  • Ability to manage both in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Leadership, Strong writing, communication, and messaging instincts.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with high ownership and ambiguity.
  • Someone who thinks in systems, acts with urgency, and knows how to move from strategy to execution.

Bonus Points

Experience in B2B, investment products, infrastructure, or technology-led businesses.

Experience building marketing channels and digital accounts from scratch and driving them through to measurable results.

Experience designing and scaling content-driven growth systems.

Familiarity with LinkedIn-led growth, founder-led marketing, and long-form brand storytelling.

Ability to use marketing analytics, dashboards, and data insights to guide campaigns and decision-making.

Probation & Performance Review

We are a small but strong core team. We value people, intent, and culture deeply. Cultural fit matters as much as performance. This role will begin with a 3-month probation period. Confirmation into a full-time permanent role will be based on performance during this period.

Performance will be evaluated on:

  1. Ability to set north star goals and lead teams towards that.
  2. Effective coordination with internal teams and external partners, and taking ownership & accountability.
  3. Data-driven decision-making and an optimisation mindset
  4. Work ethic, ownership, communication, and cultural fit.
