About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand, digital, and demand-generation initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the company's global presence, driving qualified leads, and strengthening our position as a leader in IT services and GCC consulting. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, highly organized, and comfortable managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans covering brand, digital, events, and content.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketers, content creators, and designers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
2. Demand Generation & Growth
- Create and execute demand-generation campaigns across paid digital channels, email, events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the Sales and GCC teams to build lead funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Optimize lead acquisition cost and campaign ROI.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for market expansion.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid ads, and website performance.
- Manage content strategy for social media, website, and email marketing.
- Track key digital metrics and improve engagement, traffic, and lead outcomes.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies/vendors when required.
4. Brand Building & Content Leadership
- Strengthen the company's brand identity across India, Dubai, and other global markets.
- Lead creation of high-impact content: case studies, videos, blogs, decks, brochures, solution explainers, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with leadership to position the company as a thought leader in GCC, AI, Cloud, and IT Services.
5. Events, Partnerships & PR
- Plan and execute webinars, industry events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Build relationships with ecosystem partners, channels, and media outlets.
- Support employer branding, campus marketing, and internal brand initiatives.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track all campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and report marketing ROI.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Recommend improvements for faster growth based on insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field; MBA is a bonus.
- 610 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, or GCC consulting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM tools, Marketing Automation, and Analytics Platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with global teams and multi-market campaigns is an advantage.
