Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies from measurement & analytics to content production.

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Manager for our technology client, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and optimisation of our client's e-commerce channels in the APAC market. You will manage and optimise creator programmes for the brand by building strong relationships with partners and different markets, interrogating the content of events to ensure ROI and messaging is reached and work with local marketing teams to define the success metrics of the events.

Role:

  • Drive the development and execution of data-driven strategies for the client's e-commerce platform in APAC, with a continuous focus on programmes focused on creators.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the e-commerce funnel, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking the effectiveness of all growth initiatives, and reporting on campaign performance
  • Orchestrate all regional operational logistics for high-touch creator programs (e.g., Accelerator events and loyalty programs), including managing the white-glove RSVP process
  • Oversee local market event execution, acting as the central operational lead for production, vendor management, and providing essential on-site support
  • Manage the regional pipeline for high-value creator case studies and merchant success stories, successfully transforming program wins into verified, high-impact marketing assets
  • Manage the dedicated budget for all top-creator programs, which includes the end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and meticulous financial reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Creative) and operationalise Marketing's inputs, synthesising asks from local country teams, sizing impact, and providing status updates across APAC
  • Stay informed about, communicate, and actively apply new and current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to all growth strategies

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing within the technology industry, e-commerce and consumer brands
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive measurable results
  • Events and activation background within a tech company is advantageous
  • Product marketing experience is also a nice to have
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce, events, and creators is a must for this role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
