Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth platform functioning.

Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for seamless workflow.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of E-commerce platform functioning.

Proficient in app and website operations.

Working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and CRM software.

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective planning and team leadership abilities.
