Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
• Oversee promotional campaigns and support brand-building initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in the printing industryespecially Flexographic (Flexo) printingis strongly preferred
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and campaign management
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
