Experience: 8+ years

We are supporting our client, a leading coworking and managed office brand, in identifying a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy, oversee integrated marketing initiatives, and strengthen overall market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and own the brand and marketing strategy

Ensure consistent communication across all channels

Oversee digital, offline, content, PR, events, and performance marketing

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Drive data-backed decision making and manage marketing budgets

Strengthen community engagement and key partnership

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles

Strong expertise in brand building and digital marketing

Proven track record of leading teams and executing impactful campaigns

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred
