The RoleAs our Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be the voice and face of Kart & Kayak. Your mission is to make Kayaking at the Ganga the #1 recommended activity in Patna. You will lead our digital presence, manage on-ground activations, and ensure that every tourist and local knows where to find their next adventure.
Key Responsibilities- Content Excellence: Script, shoot, and edit high-energy Reels and TikTok-style content showcasing the Kart & Kayak experience.
- Brand Awareness: Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business profiles to ensure high engagement and 5-star ratings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Network with Patna-based hotels, travel agencies, and Bihar Tourism to place Kart & Kayak brochures and referral programs.
- Influencer Campaigns: Organize Influencer Days where local creators can experience Kart & Kayak in exchange for coverage.
- Performance Marketing: Run localized Meta Ads targeting specific demographics (students, weekend travelers, fitness enthusiasts).
- Community Building: Organize Sunrise Paddles or Clean Ganga initiatives to build a loyal community around the brand.
Requirements- Experience: 13 years in marketing, social media management, or event promotion.
- Tools: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/InShot, and Meta Business Suite.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English to interact with both local staff and international tourists.
- Vibe Check: You should be someone who isn't afraid to get on a kayak yourself to get the perfect shot!
