Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand promotion, social media marketing, and managing paid advertising campaigns. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence across digital platforms and driving engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand promotion strategies across social media platforms
- Manage and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance
- Track campaign results and prepare performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing campaign outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts (preferred)
