Title: Senior Manager/Manager- Marketing
Experience:
815 years of total experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Brand Management.
Minimum 57 years in the Nutraceutical / Dietary Supplements / Functional Foods industry.
Proven experience handling B2B and/or B2C nutraceutical brands, ingredient marketing, or finished formulations.
Exposure to global markets (US/EU/APAC) is preferred for companies dealing with exports.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Deliverables:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Ability to build brand strategy, go-to-market plans, and annual marketing calendars.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media planning.
- Expertise in product positioning, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
2. Product & Portfolio Management
- End-to-end experience in new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, claims, and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, US FDA, EFSA preferred).
- Capability to manage product lifecycle, pricing, and value proposition.
3. Market Research & Insights
- Skilled in identifying market trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
- Ability to prepare marketing dashboards using data analytics tools.
4. Commercial & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, ROI tracking, and business forecasting.
- Ability to support sales teams with marketing collaterals, training, and promotional strategies.
5. Communication & Leadership
- Excellent skills in brand storytelling, content development, and technical content marketing (for ingredients).
- Capability to lead high-performing teams, manage agencies, and coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, and BD.
- Strong presentation skills for customer meetings, product demos, and exhibitions.
6. Industry-Specific Skills
- Exposure to nutraceutical raw materials, herbal extracts, vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, and functional foods.
- Understanding of claims substantiation, clinical studies, and documentation required for marketing.
