About the Role
Ad Leo is at a pivotal stage.
We are transitioning from being a strong execution-led branding company to becoming a
marketing-driven brand partner for some of the largest companies in India.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build this engine from scratch — not just
run campaigns, but create systems, pipelines, and brand authority.
This is not a team management role (yet).
This is a builder role.
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for building a fully measurable marketing engine, aligned with
business outcomes.
1. Marketing Pipeline Creation
∙Build a marketing-originated pipeline from near zero
∙Generate qualified leads via structured CRM processes
∙Influence high-value deals through content and positioning
2. LinkedIn & Brand Authority
∙Scale Ad Leo's LinkedIn presence to 15,000+ followers annually
∙Build a targeted audience of brand managers, CXOs, and founders
∙Drive consistent, high-quality publishing (3 posts/week)
3. Website & Inbound Engine
∙Create a high-conversion website + SEO system
∙Drive inbound traffic and qualified leads via content
∙Build Ad Leo's AI and search visibility
4. Industry Positioning
∙Execute award submissions, summits, and association engagement
∙Build Ad Leo's credibility in new sectors beyond FMCG
5. Case Study & Proof Engine
∙Build a structured case library (24+ annually)
∙Convert execution into storytelling + measurable impact
6. System-Driven Marketing (Zoho)
∙Ensure 100% CRM discipline and tracking
∙Build dashboards and measurable reporting systems
What Success Looks Like
∙Marketing-driven pipeline created from scratch
∙Strong LinkedIn authority independent of founders
∙Measurable inbound leads and brand recall
∙Structured marketing systems integrated with CRM
