Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives for Gaurav Gupta, one of India's most celebrated luxury couture brands. The ideal candidate will combine strong fashion marketing expertise with a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, digital marketing, public relations, influencer partnerships, and global brand positioning.

This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across domestic and international markets while preserving the brand's distinctive identity and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaign launches, collection releases, fashion week activations, and special projects.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

PR & Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, celebrities, and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate press coverage, interviews, and brand features.
  • Manage PR agencies and ensure effective communication of brand stories.

Influencer & Celebrity Partnerships

  • Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leaders.
  • Track partnership effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support celebrity dressing opportunities and red-carpet placements.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute fashion shows, trunk shows, store activations, client events, and international exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver premium brand experiences.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor luxury fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.
  • Track KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, media value, and sales impact.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing PR, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
