About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Marketing who can take complete ownership of
scaling our brand across all key channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who
understands the full 360° marketing ecosystem- from influencer marketing and content to paid
ads and performance.
You'll work closely with leadership to drive brand growth, build visibility, and execute integrated
marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across influencer, content, and paid
channels
● Plan and scale influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing, negotiations, and
performance tracking
● Lead content strategy across platforms (social media, website, campaigns) to drive
engagement and brand recall
● Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI
and performance metrics
● Collaborate with creative, performance, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand
communication
● Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize strategies
● Identify new growth opportunities across channels and experiment with innovative
marketing approaches
● Drive brand positioning and storytelling in alignment with business goals
● Manage budgets, timelines, and execution to ensure efficient delivery
Requirements
● 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a D2C brand or high-growth startup
● Strong hands-on experience across influencer marketing, content, and performance
marketing
● Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth
● Solid understanding of analytics, campaign metrics, and marketing funnels
● Ability to think both creatively and analytically
● Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead initiatives independently
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
