Location: Bangalore, India (On-site, Wework office in Bellandur, Bengaluru)

Function: Marketing | Brand | GTM

Stage: Foundational, high-ownership role

This is a PIVOTAL role!

Our client is building a modern, global specialty manufacturing business from India leveraging strong supply chains and a powerful production ecosystem to scale rapidly over the next several years.

The product, operations, and commercial engines are already in motion.

The next phase is brand, storytelling, and scaling globally.

This industry represents an $800B+ global market, yet remains largely under-branded creating rare whitespace for thoughtful, credible, design-led storytelling. The challenge is to modernize the category without alienating long-standing buyers.

This is a pivotal, founding role. The Founding Marketing Manager will shape how the company shows up to the world translating deep technical capability into simple, trustworthy narratives and building repeatable marketing systems across digital, design, and events.

What You'll Do

You'll lead brand, marketing, and go-to-market execution as the company scales globally designing systems that bring clarity, consistency, and credibility.

1 Brand & Content

  • Develop and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Create compelling content for the website, social media, and external communication.

2 Design & Website

  • Manage and update the company website in partnership with developers.
  • Oversee design projects creatives, brochures, decks, and collateral.
  • Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity.

3 Digital & Social

  • Plan and manage content calendars.
  • Drive social engagement and digital growth.
  • Track and report performance.

4 Events & Exhibitions

  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Manage branding, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure strong on-ground brand presence.

5 Cross-Functional Work

  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership.
  • Manage agencies and vendors.
  • Own timelines, budgets, and delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma or similar).
  • Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Experience handling exhibitions or industry events.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
