About This Role

Xoxoday, customer experience does not start at go-liveit starts at the
first deck.
We are looking for a
Customer Enablement & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own all
customer-facing marketing collaterals across the customer journeyfrom onboarding and implementation to adoption, engagement, and expansion.
This role sits at the intersection of
Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success, ensuring every customer touchpoint is
clear, consistent, on-brand, and value-driven.
What You'll Do
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation Collaterals
- Own creation of product onboarding decks for all Xoxoday products
- Build implementation & rollout decks in collaboration with Product & Implementation teams
- Create region-specific and enterprise-ready onboarding material
- Ensure decks are simple, visual, and outcome-oriented
- Go-Live & Post Go-Live Engagement
- Create go-live communication kits (internal + customer-facing)
- Design post go-live engagement decks, adoption guides, FAQs
- Develop usage playbooks to help customers maximize value
- Support Customer Success teams with ready-to-use engagement assets
- Customer Success & Expansion Support
- Build QBR decks, success story templates, ROI decks
- Create upsell / cross-sell enablement material
- Design renewal and expansion narratives in partnership with CS & Sales
- Standardize customer storytelling across accounts
- Cross-Functional Enablement
- Work closely with:
- Sales (for handover & expectation setting)
- Implementation (for rollout clarity)
- Customer Success (for adoption & retention)
- Product Marketing (for feature positioning)
- Maintain a single source of truth for all customer decks & collaterals
- Brand, Quality & Scale
- Ensure all customer-facing material aligns with Xoxoday's brand, tone, and narrative
- Build scalable templates that can be reused across teams and regions
- Continuously improve decks based on customer feedback and usage

Skills & Experience
- 25 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer marketing, or enablement
- Strong expertise in presentation storytelling & deck creation
- Experience working with Sales, CS, Implementation teams
- Ability to simplify complex products into clear narratives
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, Notion, Figma (bonus)
