Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site individual contribution role for a Marketing Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive enrollment growth for Ekam's campuses at Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills and Kokapet. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing digital efforts across Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media channels, on-campus content creation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication. The role also involves tracking campaign performance and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years work experience in brand marketing, social media management and digital roles
• Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Branding Activities
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing
• Experience and good understanding of Digital Ads, SEO and other marketing tools
• Skilled in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling (Reels, Posts, Stories)
• Experience in Market Research
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
• Familiarity with Education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree minimum

Role is based out of Hyderabad. The role will require you to move between the 3 Ekam campuses to develop and collect content for social media.
