We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead integrated ABM and inbound programs with strong strategic ownership and measurable business impact.
Role Overview
As Senior Marketing Manager ABM & Inbound, you will lead multi-channel demand generation initiatives that combine Account-Based Marketing, inbound marketing, content strategy, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
This role requires:
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys
- Experience in building pipeline-driven ABM programs
- Strong inbound marketing architecture
- Alignment with Sales and RevOps
- Ownership of KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Ability to manage teams and client stakeholders
You will operate at both strategic and execution levels within a fast-paced B2B agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Target Account Growth
- Own and execute Account-Based Marketing programs including ICP definition, segmentation, account tiering, and personalization frameworks.
- Design multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align ABM plays with revenue targets and deal cycles.
- Use intent signals, engagement data, and account insights to refine targeting and messaging.
- Drive account penetration, engagement scoring, and opportunity acceleration.
Inbound Marketing & Organic Demand Generation
- Architect inbound programs that attract high-intent B2B buyers across the funnel.
- Build content ecosystems aligned with awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
- Integrate SEO-driven content, thought leadership, gated assets, webinars, and conversion pathways.
- Align inbound efforts with modern digital discovery patterns including answer-driven search and community-led visibility.
- Leverage dark social channels (LinkedIn conversations, Slack communities, WhatsApp groups, newsletters, founder networks, industry forums) to amplify brand visibility and referral traffic.
Full-Funnel Demand & Performance Alignment
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across organic and paid channels.
- Align SEO, paid media, email, social, and retargeting into unified pipeline strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and nurture workflows to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Ensure marketing activities directly contribute to pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
Content Strategy & Positioning
- Lead content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, reports, and sales enablement assets.
- Ensure messaging aligns with ICP pain points and progression triggers.
- Develop thought leadership positioning for clients and in-house brand.
- Drive distribution strategy across owned, earned, paid, and community channels.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Drive execution using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Design workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking.
- Integrate CRM, analytics, and campaign data to create unified performance visibility.
- Build scalable processes within the agency for repeatable campaign success.
Analytics, Reporting & KPI Ownership
- Define and track KPIs including:
- Account engagement scores
- Build dashboards using tools such as HubSpot, Looker Studio, DashThis, Airtable.
- Deliver strategic insights, not just reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Sales Enablement & GTM Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align messaging, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies.
- Create enablement materials including pitch decks, persona-based messaging, and campaign briefs.
- Support GTM planning for new offerings, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and mentor marketing team members across content, SEO, paid, and campaign functions.
- Drive accountability, quality, and timely project execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts within a B2B agency structure.
- Own project planning using structured trackers and project management systems.
Required Experience & Skills
- 58+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ABM, inbound, or demand generation roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing architecture.
- Experience working with SaaS or technology clients preferred.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content-led growth.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI ownership.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced B2B agency culture.
