Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, demand generation, and performance marketing initiatives. This role will own marketing strategy, campaign planning, and cross-channel execution while working closely with leadership, creative, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan quarterly and monthly marketing roadmaps across channels
- Identify growth opportunities across digital, partnerships, and offline initiatives
Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, CAC, and ROI
- Oversee landing pages, funnels, and user journeys for performance improvement
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints
- Work closely with content, design, and copy teams to deliver compelling campaigns
- Review and approve marketing creatives, copies, and communication assets
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Use data insights to improve CTR, engagement, conversion rates, and retention
- Manage marketing dashboards and performance reports for leadership
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, tech, sales, and operations
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required
- Support leadership with market insights, competitor analysis, and growth ideas
Required Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance funnels
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics, and analytics tools
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
- Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under tight timelines

- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or wellness-focused brands
- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, and lead management systems
- Understanding of user behavior, patient journeys, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing organizations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
36 years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance roles
Experience managing campaigns, teams, or agencies is preferred
