THE ROLE

We're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll own it. This is a full-funnel generalist role: you own the number, not a slice. You'll run paid acquisition hands-on, build retention and lifecycle journeys, support the corporate pipeline, and own brand across every venue. You'll lead a two-person team and report directly to a Co-Founder. As we scale from 30 to 100+ centres, this role grows into a full marketing leadership function.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Demand generation across Meta, WhatsApp, app, and on-ground activations — planning and hands-on execution
  • Venue occupancy, booking, academy, and event lead targets — you carry the KPIs
  • Lifecycle and retention: first booking → session pack → membership → referral
  • The corporate events pipeline alongside the founders
  • Brand consistency and content across 30+ venues
  • Managing a Creative Designer and a Marketing Operations Executive

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4–6 years in consumer/growth marketing, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company
  • Have run real performance-marketing budgets (not ₹100/day experiments) and can read a funnel and act on it
  • Comfortable being hands-on — you're a builder, not just a delegator
  • Bonus: B2B/school or corporate-sales exposure; sports or lifestyle affinity
  • You make calls and own outcomes without waiting to be told

Expect a working-session interview: given a budget and a set of venues, how would you allocate spend and defend it We're hiring for ownership and judgment, not just a list of past campaigns.
