Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional with strong experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Campaigns within IT Services/Consulting domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes, improve inbound lead generation, and enhance brand visibility.

This role requires team management capabilities and close collaboration with Sales, Leadership, and Delivery teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Drive inbound lead generation initiatives for IT Services, QA, and Consulting offerings
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis within IT services domain
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Own and manage social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
  • Develop and manage content calendar for blogs, case studies, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns.
  • Organize Webinars, manage marketing events and booths, coordinate with partners.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and development teams for campaign execution
  • Drive LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns targeting global markets
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline and revenue targets
  • Optimize website landing pages and conversion funnels for improved performance
  • Manage paid campaigns including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels (if applicable)
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, leads, and ROI
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
  • Manage and mentor SEO, social media, and digital marketing team members
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new services and offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred
  • 7-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing within IT Services or Consulting companies
  • Proven experience in Digital Campaign Management, Social Media Marketing and SEO.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and handling multiple campaigns

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Campaign Management, Social Media Marketing and SEO.
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation
  • Strong understanding of IT Services and Consulting marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing global marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in QA/Testing services or IT consulting organizations
  • Exposure to PPC, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience working with US and global markets
