The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of product & channel
- Drive monthly GTM execution by planning and implementing targeted schemes, setting clear acquisition goals, and closely monitoring Gross Acquisition Cost (GAC) to ensure customer acquisition stays within budget while delivering on volume and efficiency targets.
- Lead demand generation and conversion by strengthening lead management, optimizing acquisition costs, and ensuring high-quality customer additions.
- Enable sales force effectiveness through clear targeting, schemes, and performance tracking, while closely coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and business managers to achieve circle-level objectives.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and zone-wise performance to refine pricing, enhance product offerings, and ensure successful rollout of new initiatives.
- Maximize asset utilization through innovative approaches and drive unified channel execution aligned with overarching business plans.
