We are looking for an experienced
AI Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of product, technology, client engagement, and execution. This is a high-ownership, enterprise-facing role for someone who is excited by the opportunity to shape cutting-edge AI applications, work directly with international clients, and translate complex business problems into scalable AI-enabled products.
The AI Product Manager will lead the definition, shaping, and execution of enterprise AI products and features for global clients. This role requires a rare mix of product judgment, AI fluency, consulting maturity, and hands-on problem solving. You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, designers, and delivery leaders to identify opportunities, define product direction, manage expectations, and bring AI-first solutions to life.
The ideal candidate understands how to apply GenAI and agentic patterns in enterprise contexts, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is hands-on enough to prototype ideas, validate concepts quickly, and sharpen requirements through action. This is not a purely roadmap or coordination role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, engage credibly with clients, and get into the detail when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product definition and execution of enterprise AI applications, workflows, and features from discovery through release and adoption
- Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business problems, frame opportunities, and convert them into clear product requirements and delivery plans
- Shape AI-first user experiences, including copilots, assistants, agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and human-in-the-loop enterprise applications
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured product artifacts such as problem statements, user journeys, PRDs, acceptance criteria, prioritization frameworks, and release scope
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure product intent is translated into practical, scalable solutions
- Drive workshops, requirement discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, demos, and alignment discussions with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
- Build lightweight prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and product mock flows using modern AI tools, no-code/low-code methods, vibe coding, and basic design/prototyping techniques where useful
- Help define and refine AI use cases involving agents, orchestration, retrieval, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail across business requirements, product behavior, user experience, and delivery quality
- Manage client expectations proactively by balancing ambition, technical feasibility, timelines, and delivery realities
- Support value realization and account growth by identifying follow-on product opportunities, expansion areas, and innovation pathways within client accounts
- Contribute to a product and delivery culture that values speed, clarity, experimentation, accountability, and customer impact

Requirements
- 7-14 years of experience in ProApplication formDesign the application form for this role.duct Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Products, or related technology roles
- Demonstrated experience working on software products, platforms, or enterprise applications in client-facing environments
- Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, with practical exposure to AI-enabled product design and delivery
- Exposure to building or shaping agent-based / agentic workflows or AI-driven assistants/copilots in a product or solution context
- Strong experience in requirements discovery, user story definition, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution
- Ability to engage confidently with enterprise clients, business users, engineering teams, and senior internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and present with clarity
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage product quality and client expectations in parallel
- A hands-on mindset with the willingness to prototype, experiment, and validate ideas quickly rather than rely only on documentation
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments where AI capabilities, client needs, and product direction are still being shaped
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a consulting or client advisory environment is highly desirable
- Exposure to enterprise domains and business applications is preferred
- Experience supporting farming-led account expansion, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, or helping grow strategic client relationships is a strong plus
- Background as a Software Engineer or strong technical foundation is preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow systems, platform integrations, business process automation, or complex multi-stakeholder applications is a plus
- Experience creating basic prototypes independently using AI coding tools, prompt-based development, wireframing, or lightweight design tools
- Strong educational background from top-tier institutions is preferred, including IIMs, IITs, BIT Mesra, BITS Pilani, top NITs, or equivalent institutions

This role is based in
