Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled UX Researcher with 2–4 years of experience to uncover deep user insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that guide product and design decisions. The role requires strong research fundamentals, the ability to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, and the capability to collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, storytelling ability, and experience supporting digital product development through research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
  
• Perform user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
  
• Synthesize findings into insights, personas, journey maps, reports, and presentations.
  
• Collaborate with design and product teams to influence design direction and decision-making.
  
• Drive continuous user feedback loops throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Provide research-backed insights to support data-driven decisions.
  
• Document research processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, UX strategy discussions, and product workshops.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• Strong understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
  
  
• Ability to translate data and observations into clear, actionable insights.
  
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behavioral data.
  
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Google Analytics / Mixpanel / Hotjar
  
• Excel / Google Sheets / Notion

Good to have Skills

• Experience with financial domain or enterprise-grade systems.
