Healthcare Marketing Executive / Field Marketing Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (Field Work)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Marketing Professional for field-based marketing in Ahmedabad. The role involves hospital & doctor engagement, patient enrollment, health camp organization, strategic tie-ups, NABH coordination, and mobile healthcare app promotion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience in on-ground execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Hospital & Doctor Engagement
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers
  • Present healthcare services, screening programs, and digital solutions
  • Coordinate doctor onboarding and service enrollment
2. Patient & Service Enrollment
  • Drive patient referrals and enrollments for healthcare programs
  • Explain services, benefits, and processes clearly to hospitals and patients
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
3. Health Camp & Awareness Program Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute free or paid health screening camps (Dental, Eye, Women's Health, General Health, etc.)
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, hospitals, and equipment vendors
  • Handle permissions, logistics, on-site branding, and reporting
4. Strategic Tie-Ups & Partnerships
  • Identify and develop tie-ups with corporates, colleges, societies, NGOs, and hospitals
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial healthcare partnerships
  • Maintain long-term collaboration relationships
5. NABH & Hospital Coordination
  • Assist hospitals in NABH-related marketing coordination
  • Liaise with hospital quality teams and NABH consultants
  • Support documentation follow-ups and awareness activities
6. Mobile Healthcare App Launch & Promotion
  • Promote healthcare mobile app to hospitals, doctors, and patients
  • Support onboarding of doctors and hospitals onto the app
  • Educate users on app features, bookings, and benefits
  • Coordinate launch activities, demos, and field promotions
7. Reporting & Market Feedback
  • Maintain daily visit reports and MIS
  • Share market insights, competitor activities, and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with Healthcare Marketing background
  • Preferred experience: 1–5 years in healthcare / pharma / hospital marketing
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem & hospital operations
  • Field marketing & relationship-building expertise
  • Ability to organize camps and events independently
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic digital & app knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office & reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in hospital marketing / diagnostic marketing / pharma sales / healthcare startups
  • Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad
  • Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
