About the Company

We're building ReviewAndRatings.com, a platform for readers to discover books, track their reading journey, and be part of a growing reading community.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern (Social Media) who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

This is an early-stage, hands-on role where you'll work closely with the founder on social media, content, and community growth.

We're not looking for someone to just post content

we're looking for someone who understands how to make people care about what we post.

What You'll Work On

• Managing and posting content on Instagram / LinkedIn / other platforms

• Creating ideas for posts, reels, and engagement content

• Writing captions and helping shape the brand voice

• Planning content related to books, authors, and readers

• Helping grow our social media presence organically

• Tracking what works and improving content strategy

• Supporting marketing and community-building efforts

If it involves social media, books, or growing a platform — you'll be part of it.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience handling social media pages (personal / college / internship / freelance all count)

• Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content

• Good sense of content, trends, and what people like to see

• Basic understanding of Canva / editing tools / content creation

• Interest in books, reading, or content platforms is a plus

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership

Why This Role

·       This is not a typical internship.

·       You'll be working directly with the founder, contributing to a live platform, and helping build the brand from an early stage.

·       This role is for someone who wants real experience, real responsibility, and real learning, not just tasks.

Duration

3 months (remote)

Compensation

Unpaid (3 months, early-stage role)

This is best suited for someone who wants experience, ownership, and the chance to work closely in a startup-style environment.
