Job Description

RacknSell is an India-based B2B e-commerce platform specialising in facility and office supplies. It offers over 40 categories of products and serves SMEs, corporates, retailers with sourcing, procurement automation tools and supply-chain services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads using tools like Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify and engage potential clients (corporates, institutions, resellers)
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through outreach and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for tailored solutions
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth order processing on the platform
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions
  • Assist in marketing campaigns to activate new and dormant users
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage client relationships and collaborations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue market opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
