Who We're Looking For

Someone who wants to be in the middle of everything.

If you want to understand how a brand is actually built — across product, marketing, operations, and growth — this role is for you.

This is not a typical internship.

You will work closely with the founders and take real ownership.

What You'll Work On

1. Founder Leverage

  • Work directly with founders on key projects
  • Help turn ideas into execution
  • Support across multiple functions

2. Growth & Marketing

  • Assist in performance marketing experiments
  • Support retention, CRM, and website improvements
  • Analyze data and spot opportunities

3. Brand & Content

  • Help shape campaigns, messaging, and launches
  • Work with design and marketing teams
  • Contribute to content and storytelling

4. Product & Research

  • Support new product launches
  • Do market research & competitor analysis
  • Gather consumer insights

5. Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate across teams
  • Track timelines and ensure fast execution
  • Solve day-to-day business problems
Must-Haves
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • High ownership attitude
  • Ability to learn and execute fast
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
Good to Have
  • Interest in D2C, startups, or skincare
  • Basic understanding of marketing or analytics
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Notion
