Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily social media activities, including content brainstorming, basic copywriting, posting, and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others relevant to the brand. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign planning, conducting basic market and competitor research, tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, followers), and preparing simple performance reports. The intern will help manage direct messages and comments, provide timely and respectful responses, and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves supporting influencer collaborations, participating in on-ground promotional activities when needed, and contributing ideas to build brand awareness and audience growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication suitable for social media and customer-facing interactions.
  • Basic Market Research skills to analyze audience behavior, monitor competitors, and identify trends in the sexual wellness and D2C space.
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in Marketing Strategy, especially social media campaigns, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
  • Customer Service and Sales awareness, with the ability to understand customer needs, respond empathetically, and support conversion goals.
  • Genuine interest in sexual wellness, body positivity, and inclusive communication, with comfort discussing sensitive topics responsibly.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics tools; experience with content creation (design, video, or copy) is an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
