Shree Radha Studio — a legacy B2B fashion house from Chandni Chowk & Gandhi Nagar — is looking for a Growth & Social Media Intern who's excited to learn fast, experiment boldly, and build real revenue outcomes, not just content.

This is for someone who wants to understand how a fashion business actually scales — from Instagram to Sales CRM to B2B exports — and be at the center of it.

What You'll Do

• Grow our social presence: assist in building the Instagram content engine (ideas → scripts → execution → analysis).
• Run paid ads & campaigns: learn to run, track, and optimize ads to drive inquiries + measurable leads.
• Strengthen CRM & lead pipelines: help manage warm/hot/cold leads across WhatsApp, Excel, Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Coordinate content production: work with photographers, models, influencers & internal teams to bring product/brand content to life.
• Use & explore AI tools: build automated workflows, AI drafts, lead filters, and content variations — agency-level output with startup energy.

Requirements

• Basic comfort with Instagram, Google Sheets, Canva, and research.
• Fluent communication (written + verbal).
• Curiosity to learn organic creatives, funnels, CRM, and paid acquisition — you'll be taught & trained.
• A consistent and self-managed work approach.
• Good at Storytelling

No need to be an expert.

Need to be: reliable, fast-learning, proactive.
