Job Description:

They are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of current marketing trends. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing B2B marketing campaigns to support company goals.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct basic market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to support campaign delivery.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead management and reporting.
  • Stay updated on new marketing tools, platforms, and trends to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
