Role: Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Junior Growth Marketing Executive to support demand generation and growth initiatives across channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and nurturing activities, including campaign setup and tracking.
- Assist in developing and updating content on various platforms (website, landing pages, emailers, social posts).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, writers, agencies).
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (leads, CTR, conversions).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, website).
- Help document processes and best practices for marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing roles (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to program manage multiple programs at a same time
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar nice to have)
- CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly.
