Role Overview

You will be responsible for owning the entire marketing function from strategy to execution. Your mission is to create a predictable pipeline of qualified leads, build a strong brand presence, and position Steps AI as a category leader.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience growing B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy
  • Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative
  • Build quarterly and annual growth plans tied to revenue goals

Demand Generation

  • Lead performance marketing across platforms like
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Oversee SEO, content marketing, and inbound growth
  • Build lead generation funnels and optimize conversion rates

Content & Brand

  • Guide content strategy (blogs, LinkedIn, case studies, landing pages)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, social, and campaigns
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own marketing metrics: CPL, CAC, MQL SQL conversion, ROI
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and ad dashboards for performance tracking
  • Run experiments to improve acquisition and retention

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders, sales, and product teams
  • Manage freelancers or junior marketers as the team grows
  • Align marketing efforts with product launches and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • 47 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through marketing
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and growth marketing
