Key Responsibilities- Institutional Outreach: Visit engineering, commerce, and arts colleges across Pune (MIT, VIT, COEP, Symbiosis, etc.) to build relationships with HODs and Placement Cells for seminar slots.
- B2B Partnership Development: Identify and tie up with local IELTS/GRE coaching centers, French/German language classes, and Abhyasikas who do not offer counseling services.
- Community Engagement: Organize and lead Global Career Awareness seminars in premium housing societies and gated communities in areas like Baner, Balewadi, and Viman Nagar.
- Lead Generation & Management: Convert footfalls from events into qualified leads for our Senior Counselor. Maintain a Hot Lead tracker and ensure 24-hour follow-up.
- Micro-Influencer Liaison: Find and collaborate with local Pune-based career influencers or student bloggers to drive organic reach.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on what competitors (IDP, Edwise, etc.) are doing in the Pune market and suggest counter-offers.
Who You Are (Required Skills)- The Pune Connector: You know the geography of Pune well and aren't afraid to travel between Pimpri-Chinchwad and Kothrud in a single day.
- Fluent Communicator: You can pitch to a Principal in formal English and joke with a 12th-grader in Marathi/Hindi to build rapport.
- Sales Mindset: You understand that Marketing in this role means Lead Generation. You are driven by targets and conversion numbers.
- Experience: 13 years in Education Sales, Insurance, or Real Estate (sectors where trust-building is key). Freshers with exceptional debating or leadership backgrounds are welcome.
