Earned Media & Community Marketing Executive

This is not a traditional Marketing or PR role.

Your mission is to increase Lepide's visibility, credibility, and authority across the cybersecurity ecosystem by building relationships, securing earned media opportunities, engaging with technical communities, supporting industry influencers, and helping security practitioners discover Lepide wherever they research solutions. You will own the strategy and execution behind Lepide's presence across industry publications, analyst platforms, podcasts, webinars, review sites, communities, social channels, and influencer networks.

Responsibilities

• Increase Lepide's visibility and authority across industry publications, communities, review platforms, podcasts, analyst reports, and social media
• Secure guest article, podcast, webinar, speaking, and media opportunities that position Lepide as a trusted voice in identity and data security
• Build relationships with cybersecurity influencers, creators, analysts, journalists, consultants, and industry partner
• Manage Lepide's presence across review platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Trust Radius, driving a consistent flow of customer review
• Identify and engage with relevant technical communities, helping Lepide contribute valuable expertise to industry discussion
• Support executives and subject matter experts in developing thought leadership content and growing their personal brand
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging topics to identify new opportunities for visibility and awareness
• Coordinate award submissions, customer success stories, and other initiatives that strengthen Lepide's reputation
• Track and report on earned media performance, brand mentions, review growth, backlinks, share of voice, and AI visibility metrics
• Work closely with content, product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to amplify Lepide's expertise and customer success stories.

Key outcomes:

• Increase independent mentions of Lepide across industry publications and communities
• Grow customer reviews across key review platform
• Establish relationships with key cybersecurity creators and publication
• Secure regular guest contributions and speaking opportunities
• Improve Lepide's visibility and authority across AI-powered search and discovery platform
• Help position Lepide as a leading voice in identity and data security.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in B2B technology marketing, cybersecurity marketing, PR, community marketing, analyst relations, or a related field
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with industry publications, media contacts, influencers, or analyst firms
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and modern B2B social media strategies
• Ability to build relationships with technical audiences and subject matter experts
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independent.
