Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities from global markets through paid media, demand generation campaigns, landing page optimization, and marketing analytics.
This is a revenue-focused role where success is measured by pipeline generation, qualified leads, and business impact—not vanity metrics.
Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize international lead generation campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Remarketing Platforms
- Industry-specific digital channels
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from target markets.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels for analytics, AI, and technology services.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct audience research and identify target buyer personas.
- Create and manage campaigns targeting decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, Analytics Leaders, and Business Executives.
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rates
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Marketing Analytics & Attribution
- Manage and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- CRM Platforms
- Ensure accurate lead attribution and reporting across marketing channels.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Work with design and content teams to improve landing page performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Calls-to-action
- Audience segments
- Continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams.
- Track lead quality and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Support pipeline growth and revenue generation initiatives.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience generating international leads for:
- IT Services
- Data Analytics
- AI Solutions
- SaaS
- Technology Consulting
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta
- GA4
- GTM
- Conversion Tracking
- CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Experience targeting US, UK, Europe, or Middle East markets.
- Experience running webinar, case study, and content-led lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
