We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Paschim Vihar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads through online channels such as LinkedIn and Email Marketing.

• Plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns to achieve targeted lead generation goals.

• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers across global markets.

• Manage and track outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn automation tools.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.

• Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation activities with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or business development.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing platforms.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly lead targets. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B lead generation for international markets.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and outreach optimization.

• Creative approach to content and outreach strategy.
