Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Coordinators and SalesExecutives
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market surveys and analyze product demand and industry trends
Identify target markets and develop customer acquisition strategies
Review project feasibility through Contract Review Reports
Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation systems
Develop promotional materials (brochures, presentations, digital content)
Monitor competitor activities and market positioning
Support brand building and corporate image development
Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels
Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
Leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience In Industrial/manufacturing Sector Preferred
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment
