Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves interacting with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, managing client communications, and assisting in resolving complaints. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Proficient communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross-departmental environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as CRM tools, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the biofuel or renewable energy industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
