Role: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is obsessed with the why behind the what. You aren't just an uploader; you are a campaign guardian. You will work directly under our Senior Strategists to deploy, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that move the needle for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup and management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Content Coordination: Work with the creative team to ensure ad copies and visuals align with our North Star goals and core messaging pillars.

Data Monitoring: Keep a hawk-eye on KPIs. You'll be tracking CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, and conversion rates daily to ensure we stay on budget and on target.

Reporting: Translate raw data into actionable insights. You won't just report numbers; you'll tell us what they mean for the client's ROI.

Market Research: Dive deep into audience watering holes to understand where our next lead is hiding.
